The Inclusion Network is a national Aboriginal job board system connecting employers and educators directly to the Aboriginal talent pool and over 300 Aboriginal Employment Centres. It lets Aboriginal jobseekers search for employment and training opportunities and post their résumés to a national employer audience.

In Canada, 80 Aboriginal Human Resources Development Agreement Holders (AHRDAs) deliver labour market programming in over 400 locations. Each AHRDA (employment centre) serves as the most direct source to help Aboriginal people with their employment, training, and job search requirements.
